Corporate Sessions


Bring mindfulness to your workplace by booking a weekly session of yoga and meditation. Yoga not only allows your body to relax, but our sessions also tone up your core and upper and lower body, conditioning the muscles to handle long hours sitting on a chair in front of the computer. During our corporate classes we also practice open or closed eyes meditation, an excellent technique that will help you regain focus on a long, stressful day at work.

 

Our corporate sessions last 75 minutes and we offer a free trial session of 45 minutes.
